There are plenty of messages out there to tell us to fear our own emotions and to feel threatened and not to trust people and social media and gaming that can desensitize violence.
BUT as individuals to release from within the true feelings and thoughts that we have we need to speak out and speak up. Then we can literally help get rid of the sadness and struggles climbing into our society by helping each other to prevent the stigma associated with mental illness.

Practicing Happiness –
• Wake up each morning and look at the beauty of what is around us
• Control of our emotion but don’t ignore it
• Keeping positive reminders of who we are and that we suffer but others do as well
• Are we one of those passionate people who have trouble expressing it?
• Imagine a free spirit that is hidden beneath and within ourselves that once couldn’t escape but has a chance to find a release
• Don’t ignore our potential and aid our illness and listen to our own body and we can find a balance for our lives
• Be ‘in the moment’ and be thankful because you have a purpose of being exactly where you are
• We don’t know what our exact plans are in life and we all have to make changes so be excited in the unknown
• Love has a way of directing our way in life through deeds for others or a good deed done for us.
• Courage is a time when we know who we are and have the wisdom to improve and sustain happiness within our lives.
A TIP when we need a boost when times get tough….
This month let us be real about who we are and direct our lives and decisions that WILL follow up with choices made for our own happiness Admitting and understanding why we feel the way we do and once we find the reason what will be your choice?
Start feeling happy and grateful that you are here and pay attention to your senses and your thoughts – you are important and have a purpose

Start feeling sad and don’t pay attention to your senses and how you act – you’ve lost the importance and need to care for yourself or others
